I'm actually interested in using smarty on my site, I was wondering if anyone would have any suggestion, advise on the subject?

    It's a popular template engine, with a lot of nice trick added in it.

    You can even implement small condition into your template. Though I'm afraid that all this parsing through all the templates must be quite server demanding.
